People have beliefs and ideas regarding what it
takes to become a model!
Every mother and father thinks that their
adorable new born should be able to model.
My Boy and / or Girl would just look great
smiling and modeling that outfit.
I know I have the look and body structure to be
a model.
In the fashion and modeling industry it is a
difficult, tiring, non stop effort to become a model.
A vision of mine is to help change the modeling
industry's ideas of what is the right look for models.

Most customers will never look as
the model modeling the outfit did. So wouldn't it be a good idea to
have models be tall or short, petite or medium size and all ages
which would give a more realistic appearance. This would show the
Fashion Worlds: Buyers, Designers, and Retailers what the average
person looks good in and feels comfortable wearing and not be
compared to a super model. This will give the consumer a better idea
of how they look and make their own fashion statement.
I BELIEVE that Agencies, Designers, Manufactures and Retailers
need to realize that a change in fashion marketing is needed. The
reason is just because a model looks good in something doesn't mean
that the customer / buyer will.. Customers need to have options and
see how people of different sizes look in the same outfit. |
