    SINCE 1990 I have been taking pictures for all types of music from Alternative, Country, Blues, Rock, Jazz, etc.  Mostly for local and some national artists and groups.  Musicians tell me that they can not afford to pay the high cost of a professional photographer, so they would rather use a family member or friend and accept less quality. When magazine, press and event photographers shoot an event, they usually are allowed only three songs or have deadlines to meet or another event and leave early. These pictures they use in magazines and newspapers are not given to the artist.

    When in need of P.R. for posters, artist pictures, CD covers / jacket inserts, T- Shirts or other pictorial merchandise most musicians have no choice but to hire a photographer for at least $200.00 to shoot , plus cost of art work, development and enlargements. This eliminates a lot of the profit.

    My Goal in photography and video has always been to care, help, show, and gain trust in what I’m trying to accomplish with my artistry and gift.  Public Relations is a major need and investment of all musicians for survival and growth.  I want to offer a way that local talent, whether old or new can get more recognition and exposure.

    Everyone likes to look at photos; so show and inform them with flyers, posters, (8x10) P.R. photos, T– shirts, hats, ect.  Photo Joe’s website: photojoe.org will link fans, nightclubs and promoters to see your website.

    I’m known for being Unique in my style whether action, candid, posed or spontaneous. As I look through the eye piece I don't just see the main subject and/or object I include the background, middle and foreground to express what is happening and to include all members before I take the photo. This enables me to Capture the expressions, live playing and memory of the moment.

• Sony (700) or (990) Video Cam / Tape: Hi 8 / 60 min.( DVD's can be made and editing)

Photos and/or Video can be done before, during and/or after the show: (candid and posed) in the green room with family and friends, behind the scenes, live performance on stage: individually, the band, fans watching reactions, band interacting with fans, signing autographs and band party. My Ideas expressed on film, flash card and/or tape to help promote and increase in you.

• To make a photo album / scrapbook from different clubs and venues to show your appearance, expression, actions and document this performance for history and memories.

• Using pictured flyers or (5x4) cards to promote up coming performances, CD release and your website.

• Give Owners / Managers a signed (8x10) picture or larger to display and or to keep themselves.

• Have a fans appreciation promotional poster or picture give away – (A numbered limited addition)

• To sell individual, band (8xlO)'s and collage pictures. Pre autographed some and add a $ cost for this.

   How Much? Prices range from $50.00 to $150.00: Minimum photo time is 90 minutes or two sets or one 36 photos and includes CD. P.R. Photo (8x10) $20.00 Video is $50.00 an hour. These services include supplies, development , some enlargements and editing cost.  A $20.00 deposit is required before the photo shoot. Travel Expenses per night stay over is $50.00, plus gasoline, parking, lodging and meals.
